|Hip Hop dance steps are made up of a variety of walking, running, and jumping movements. Trainees are taught steps using flexion, extension, rotation, shimmy, and wave-shaped twisting movements of the head, neck, shoulders, upper limbs, and trunk in the dance. They are also taught coordination through rhythm of the music, making the body more agile and flexible.
Hip Hop 的動作是由各種走、跑、跳組合而成，通過頭、頸、肩、上肢、軀幹等關節的屈伸、轉動、嬈環、擺振、波浪形扭動來連貫動作，訓練學員身體協調能力及對音樂的節奏感，讓肢體更加靈活。
